Return and Refund Policy
GENERAL QUESTIONS AND POLICIES:
All orders are charged at the time they are ordered.
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped. The request must be emailed to orders@3rddegreedesigns.com
Unfortunately no changes may be made once the order has been placed. If you want to add an item you may email us at orders@3rddegreedesigns.com and we can cancel order so you may place a new one.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We print the items as they are ordered. Please allow 3-5 days for production of your items prior to shipping.
Our shipping prices are based on weight of the products as well as destination. All orders are shipping via USPS.
Once your order has been shipped please allow 3-5 days.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
a. Yes, you may return items in your order within 30 days of receiving them. The items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
b. Any item washed or worn will not be accepted.
c. Refunds apply to the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
d. Shipping charges for returning the item will be paid by returnee.
If you have received an item that you deem defective, please take a picture of the issue and email to orders@3rddegreedesigns.com and we will help you out.
